Old Brooklyn

Nostalgic in Brooklyn sent me a very cool bakumatus koshashin generator making images appear 50 - 60 years old!

garlic cheesy bread

just a little snack of melted goodness, filled with garlic, butter, mayonnaise, gruyere, cheddar and herbes de provence on oat bread.

Maggi Seasoning

Ever since I was a kid, I have been putting Maggi Seasoning on my rice!, soups, and meats! It exactly does what it says! Improves the taste! Maggi is a dark sauce with Swiss roots, similar to soy sauce without containing soy. Some might say it opens up the Umami taste/feeling receptors!

INGREDIENTS: Water, salt, wheat gluten, wheat, and less than 2% of wheat bran, sugar, acetic acid, artificial flavor, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, dextrose, caramel color.

Can be bought at most local asian markets.

Samosa

Curry Potato Samosa with fresh green beans, cilantro, raisins with a cardamon yogurt sauce.

Another delight we created for a party, they were absolutely a big hit.
